This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting residents, families, and staff.

Greet and welcome visitors, families, and residents in person and over the phone. Provide professional communication regarding events, care plans, and resident needs. Assist with resident engagement by participating in group and individual activities.Manage all general office operations:
copying, faxing, mailing, filing, and scanning. Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes. Organize and maintain electronic and paper files. Assist with HRIS functions and maintain confidentiality of personnel records. Coordinate deliveries, mail distribution, and supply purchasing within budget. Support community projects, newsletters, and communication materials. Submit and track work orders for maintenance and service needs. Participate in Manager-On-Duty (MOD) weekend rotation, overseeing operations and resolving issues.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; 6+ months of administrative or office management experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in all tasks. Local travel required; occasional out-of-town travel may be necessary.Competencies:
