Job Description

Overview The Haven has a full-time benefited position for a Fiscal/HR/Administrative Manager. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required. Expert working knowledge in Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Minimum of 3 years work experience in Non-Profit working with Quickbooks Online and/or grant work preferred. Must pass all background checks and drug screen. No internal applicants. Some Duties 1.
Fiscal Officer:
a. Responsible for overall fiscal operations and asset protection for the Battered Women's Shelter, Inc. dba The Haven, a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. b. Responsible for grants and contracts management including monitoring progress of contract agreements and maintains contract agreement documentation to ensure fulfillment of contract agreement terms including receipt and expenditure of funds. c. Accepts responsibility for all positions of fiscal nature and their business practices when appropriate. d. Oversees payroll and benefits programs. e. Supervises other administrative related staff and all program staff in regards to fiscal/financial concerns and handles all aspects of administrative functions; maintains a good relationship with staff and Board members.
