Job Description

General Summary:
The Racquets Services team member interacts with members through hospitality, facility maintenance, F&B offerings, and general facility services. Member experience is the Racquets Services team member's primary responsibility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Committed to working 2-4 shifts per week Assists Operations Manager/Assistant Director of Racquets with admin/operations tasks Develops and enriches relationships with individual members to elevate the personal experience. Keeps all areas of racquets tidy and efficient. Works to become "power user" of all applicable areas of Club systems (i.e. Club Essential, Billing, Citrix, Paycom) On court assistance, as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Positive, encouraging, organized, highly motivated, prompt, and enthusiastic. Able to deliver information clearly, concisely, and timely. A customer service attitude and passionate about the sport of tennis and pickleball. Available to work year-round, including nights and occasional weekends (unless regularly preferred)
