If so, we want YOU to join our team as a National Workplace Experience Manager supporting a leading law firm! What You'll Do Oversee and inspire a high-performing team in the corporate space, fostering a culture of collaboration with business, continuous improvement, and excellence. Use knowledge of Hospitality and luxury experiences within these associated corporate services lines - reception, records, and office services to ensure all services are elevated and incorporate the above and beyond mentality Identify opportunities to enhance & expand services, streamline processes, and maintain top-tier service delivery. Serve as the trusted advisor for clients, understanding their evolving workplace needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Analyze financial metrics, manage budgets, and implement data-driven strategies that enhance profitability and operational success. Stay ahead of industry trends, introduce innovative workplace strategies, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive long-term success. What You Bring A strong background in Conference Services, Workplace Experience, Office Services or Legal Services within a high-performance environment. 5+ years of experience leading national teams, fostering employee engagement, and driving organizational success. Proven ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships, delivering solutions that enhance their business. Experience managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing workplace services for maximum efficiency. Proficiency in workplace technology and Microsoft Office to streamline processes and enhance outcomes. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Willingness to engage directly with clients and teams across various locations.
