at Department of Children and Family Services in Springfield, Illinois, United States Job Description Essential Functions Serves as Administrator of Prevention Services Reviews and analyzes the effectiveness of prevention programs and operations Through subordinate administrators, oversees the operations of prevention services, including Community Connections, Family Advocacy Centers, and Housing and Cash Assistance. Represents the Department at various Departmental, public, and private meetings with regard to Family First Prevention Services Serves as full line supervisor Provides technical assistance and consultation to various committees and Department staff in the development of child welfare programs Minimum Qualifications  Requires an MSW or master’s degree in a related human services field.  Requires four years of administrative experience in a child welfare or social service organization. Preferred Qual To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
