Job Description
Are you the person everyone turns to when they need help with technology? Do you enjoy organizing systems, solving problems, and helping others succeed? We are seeking an Agent Experience Manager to support our real estate agents by providing guidance with onboarding, technology training, and day-to-day systems support . This role plays an important part in helping agents get up and running quickly while ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to perform at their best. The ideal candidate is comfortable with technology, highly organized, and genuinely enjoys working with and supporting people . You'll serve as a key resource for agents, helping them navigate systems, troubleshoot issues, and stay productive in a fast-paced environment.
