Position Summary Faculty Executive Coordinator works for one of seven academic areas. The position is responsible for providing critical administrative support for a variety of faculty, students, and affiliated personnel in matters related to the area concentration. This includes providing administrative support to the Area Chair, scheduling meetings, managing department's budget and travel booking through Concur, assisting visiting faculty and scholars, and sending communications on behalf of the department. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. Management Preferences Budget management, calendar management, event planning, Microsoft Suite and Concur software experience. Special Physical/Mental Requirements Campus Security Authority Responsibilities Not Applicable.
