Raleigh, North Carolina Full-Time | In-Person Company Overview Timco Properties Inc. is a commercial general contractor focused on delivering quality construction projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and industry partners. Our continued growth has created an opportunity for an experienced Business Operations & Administration Manager to join our leadership team. This position will play a critical role in managing the administrative, financial, compliance, and operational functions of the organization. Position Summary The Business Operations & Administration Manager serves as the central coordinator of many of the company's core business functions. This position works directly with ownership and is responsible for creating structure, maintaining accountability, supporting project execution, and enhancing overall operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will oversee accounting administration, contract management, subcontractor compliance, employee benefits administration, office management, executive reporting, website maintenance, and social media management. Primary Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Administration The successful candidate will manage bookkeeping functions, accounts payable processing, bank reconciliations, financial recordkeeping, coordination with the company's CPA, cash flow monitoring, and monthly reporting support. Contract Administration The position is responsible for maintaining organized project records, contract files, subcontract documentation, project correspondence, and administrative systems supporting construction operations. Bid & Change Order Administration Responsibilities include tracking bid opportunities, coordinating invitation-to-bid activities, maintaining change-order logs, supporting proposal administration, and monitoring project documentation. Subcontractor Compliance The Manager will oversee certificates of insurance, contractor licensing documentation, W-9 management, compliance tracking, and monthly compliance reporting. Human Resources & Benefits The position coordinates onboarding, personnel administration, employee records, benefit enrollment, and 401(k) administration. Office Operations Responsibilities include communication management, meeting coordination, executive support, records management, and process improvement initiatives. Marketing & Communications The Manager supports website updates, social media coordination, recruiting communications, branding efforts, and project highlights. Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in operations, accounting, office management, construction administration, or business administration
