Job Description

The Trust Administrator is the primary point of contact for and is responsible for the daily administration of escrow, IRAs, ILITs and other non-discretionary trust accounts and will assist Trust Officers in the administration of trust and estates. Key Responsibilities Responsible for daily administration and associated activities for accounts assigned.

Assist Trust Officers with administrative reviews, report generation, and communication with beneficial owners and professional partners.

Administration of non-discretionary accounts.

Opening, Closing and Verification of new accounts and assets on Accutrust.

Responsible for ongoing quality control and management of filing system.

Back up for Trust Operations.

Participate in Trust Administration Committee. Knowledge Knowledge of banking laws and regulations and First Hope policies and procedures.

Knowledge of established guidelines and procedures related to all job functions to include Privacy. Skills Excellent organizational skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

Excellent customer service that meets the bank's standards to internal and external customers. Education and Experience College degree or equivalent banking experience preferred. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Professional office environment with moderate sound.

Ability to travel to branches, off-site training and meetings as required.
