We are seeking a highly motivated, highly organized applicant with a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have the ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. Job Duties Include but are not limited to: Employee scheduling. Respond to employees and customer requests. Assist with recruiting and onboarding new employees. Oversee all legal requirements in the hiring process. On-site employee check in and training. Follow up with employees and clients to make sure they are satisfied and if anything is needed.
Skills and requirements:
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills Ability to multitask Detail oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) Ability to take on challenges and see them through. Organized Previous Office Experience. Needs to speak English and Spanish 2 week PTO plus holiday pay + 401K Other benefits Looking forward meeting with you.
