Full-Time Shift 1 Job Description The Director of Physician Contracted Services manages the financial and strategic relationships with hospital contracted physician's services in collaboration with hospital leadership - such as Anesthesia, Radiology and Emergency Room medicine - ensuring compliance, quality care, and efficient workflow. Key responsibilities include overseeing and negotiating provider contracts, managing performance metrics and communicating performance expectations. Will also support new provider onboarding, function as administrative liaison and align physician services contractual goals with organizational goals. Education And Credentials Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required. Master's Degree Healthcare Administration or Business preferred. Experience 5 years of experience in Healthcare Management in the areas of provided relations, physician practice management, project management or provider contracting required. 3 years of experience of strong financial budgeting acumen required. 3 years of experience of Operational Management or provider contract management required. Excellent negotiation and communication skills required. Proficiency project management skills required.

$120,354.00 - $165,486.75 •Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
