What You'll Do:

Roosters Part Time Managers will be crossed trained to Serve, Bartend, and Manage. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Ensures all restaurant operations are to company standards, including handling guest complaints. Directs staff to ensure company standards, procedures, and policies for quality and service of operations are met. Constantly encourages teamwork and professionalism amongst employees. Perform administrative responsibilities to include, but not limited to cash accountability and cash management. Provide effective communication and support for all employees ensuring corporate policies, operation policies, and internal financial controls are maintained and effectively implemented.
