We are seeking a Call Coordinator who understands that a Market Center runs effectively when its associates' needs are met with a high level of service. As the "Director of First Impressions," you are the face and voice of our office. We need someone with a relationship-based attitude who can sway others with their enthusiasm, warmth, and professional demeanor. +4 What Will You Do? In this role, you will maintain the appearance of the Market Center and ensure the office is prepared for business daily. Your primary goal is to provide a positive experience for every agent and guest while keeping operations running smoothly.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Communication:
Answer phones properly with warmth and friendliness, ensuring all calls are routed correctly.+3
Reception:
Greet everyone with a smile—maintaining a positive, cheerful, and helpful presence at the front desk.+2
Office Management:
Receive and sort mail/deliveries and maintain the neatness of the reception and common areas.
Management Support:
Assist the MCA and Team Leader with daily tasks and provide feedback on matters affecting the productivity of the Market Center.+1
Value Story:
Help share the Keller Williams value story with associates and guests.
