- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the organization.
- Manage and organize stock inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely replenishment.
- Utilize math skills to handle financial transactions, including cash handling and processing payments.
- Provide administrative support, maintaining files, and preparing reports.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Assist customers with wireless sales inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain phone etiquette when answering calls and addressing customer concerns.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a retail environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient in math calculations for handling financial transactions accurately.
- Excellent administrative skills, including record-keeping, file management, and report preparation.
- Time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
