Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pension Coordinator to support pension administration services in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role will focus on onboarding new clients, analyzing pension plan data, and supporting system migration efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, hands-on pension administration experience, and the ability to translate business needs into system requirements while collaborating cross-functionally with internal delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

Analyze pension plan documents and gather required data for pension administration Support onboarding of new clients and transition existing clients to new platforms Conduct discovery analysis to understand client requirements and historical processes Develop detailed system requirements for programming and implementation teams Execute and support system migration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals Create and execute test plans, including identifying edge cases and validating system functionality Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Requirements:
