Practice Manager

A top law firm with offices in the U.S. and Europe is seeking a Practice Manager to lead the daily management and operations of the Intellectual Property Department and Property Litigation Group . Areas of focus include work allocation, professional development and relationship building. Daily responsibilities including coordinating the bi-annual evaluation process and reassignments during attorney absences, supporting onboarding and orientation for junior associates, implementing department strategic plans, providing administrative and operational support to the assigned groups, supporting business development efforts (RFPs, CLEs, department events), collaborating with Human Resources and paralegals to support resource allocation and performance management, and much more! Interested candidates must have at least five years' of relevant experience in professional services or legal environment and well as a minimum of three years' management experience , strong project management skills, excellent communication, and proven ability to take initiative.
