Studio Manager April 28th, 2026 ADMINISTRATION
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PRODUCTION FULFILLMENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Job Description The Studio Manager will work closely with the team at SC Pictures to facilitate all of the goings-on of a full-service production company. The candidate will be trained on our programs and processes, but must be creative, proactive, and forward-thinking in order to innovate in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities What You'll Do Manage day-to-day studio and office operations Build, track, and enforce timelines across multiple projects Coordinate schedules, bookings, and logistics for shoots within the studio Maintain organized systems for files, workflows, and internal processes Support CRM management, including tracking leads and maintaining client data Create presentations, pitch decks, and internal documents Ensure the studio remains organized, stocked, and ready for production Job Qualifications What We're Looking For Extremely organized with strong attention to detail Proven ability to manage deadlines and keep teams accountable Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to write clearly and professionally Proficiency with Apple/Mac systems Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Nice to
Have:
