The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Superintendent should have: 5+ years of lead superintendent experience in commercial construction Proven track record delivering projects valued at $5M or more Strong scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics expertise Demonstrated ability to lead field teams and subcontractors Deep knowledge of safety standards and compliance Effective communication and problem-solving skills What's on Offer Competitive base salary ranging from $121,500 to $159,700.
