NuDevCo Investments exist in different sectors to include Retail Energy Provider, Logistics, Real Estate Financing, Commercial Solar, Energy Storage, Commercial EV Charging Stations, Beverage Distribution, Data Centers & Insurance. Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile Bilingual Executive & Personal Operational Support Manager to provide high-level administrative, operational, and financial support to executive leadership. This role serves as a key strategic partner to C-suite leadership, handling complex calendar management, business operations, budget tracking, corporate credit card reconciliation, and project coordination. The ideal candidate brings a blend of corporate acumen and discretion, with proven experience managing both high-stakes business operations and high-priority personal executive lifestyle matters. Bilingual fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) . Summary of Essential Job Functions Partner with executive leadership and the private family to manage priorities, schedules, and strategic initiatives Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and arrangements for business and personal travel, encompassing domestic and international commercial travel as well as private aircraft logistics Manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling and administrative challenges Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and consistency Utilize AI to develop and implement processes that improve workflow and operational effectiveness Serve as the primary liaison between executives, internal departments, clients, and external partners Prepare, review, and reconcile executive expense reports and corporate credit card statements. Audit credit card activity to ensure accuracy, appropriate coding, policy compliance, and timely reconciliation. Assist with budget tracking, financial reporting, invoice processing, and vendor management while maintaining accurate financial documentation Coordinate operations across multiple residences, managing travel calendars, property maintenance, renovation and construction projects, and real estate transactions Provide translation services from English to Spanish and vice versa with international residential projects

Prior work-related experience supporting senior executives and family for both business and personal matters
Required:
Extensive experience reviewing corporate credit card statements, preparing executive expense reports, budgeting, and financial reconciliation utilizing accounting software systems Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience with ERP, accounting, and expense management systems such as NetSuite is preferred Required Skills Executive partnership and leadership support Personal executive support and lifestyle management Financial management, credit card reconciliation, and expense reporting Strategic planning and project coordination Operational excellence and process improvement Budget administration Organizational and time management Communication and relationship building Confidentiality and sound judgment Adaptability, initiative, and accountability Equal Opportunity Statement The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
