This position is for a Satellite Program Office Administrative Office Support Integrator in Chantilly, VA supporting cutting-edge and innovative space programs. Be part of a highly effective and collaborative front office team responsible for delivering expectational support to senior level government staff. The Administrative Office Support Integrator supports the Satellite Program Office by providing direct administrative services support to government customers in execution of their duties and responsibilities. The Administrative Office Support Integrator assists the Front Office Leadership, develops/ maintains the office file plan, coordinates office logistics, office moves, supplies, administrative document routing, and institutes and executes processes to enable an effective office environment. The EA composes documentation in accordance with government policies and practices and maintains working knowledge of all senior government office interfaces.Role Responsibilities:
Provide administrative, project, and logistics support to senior managers, including the Government Program Manager and Front Office Staff that includes Military and Civilian personnel. Coordinate visit requests, process travel authorizations and expense reports. Coordinate program level technical engagements with senior corporate executive stakeholders and industry partners. Arrange for appropriate conference rooms/facilities and prepare meeting places in accordance with acceptable protocol and security procedures. Review and route senior-level executive correspondence, ensuring compliance with established government correspondence standards. Develops and maintains front office file plan; provides guidance, training, and oversight. Ensure the office maintains an adequate amount of office supplies and order more as needed. Assist with site planning, office moves, and establishment of a strong office environment. Support the onboarding process of new employees to the program team. Assist with special event requirements such as time and place, location, duration, number of attendees, security requirements, and travel arrangements. Partner with the Government Military Leader and Program Managers to strategically and tactically guide nationally-critical satellite programs through acquisition, engineering, and operational trades to achieve on-time launch and on-orbit performance. QualificationsTYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of relevant and related experience. Strong problem identification/resolution skills, flexibility, initiative, and a proven ability to communicate and work with senior executives efficiently and effectively (to include experience interfacing/communicating with senior executive leadership in government or industry). Proven experience with administrative, project, and logistics support to senior managers, including the Government Program Manager and Front Office Staff that includes Military and Civilian personnel. Strong experience in writing/editing memos and correspondence. - Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to communicate with a diverse audience of decision makers with varying levels of programmatic and technical expertise. Effective communication, coordination, logistics, and customer engagement skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and team environment with no supervision. Active TS/SCI with current Poly Required. Previous SAP experience desired.Similar remote jobs
