  • Minimum qualifications:
  • + 5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • + Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.

In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. As an Executive Business Partner, you're at the heart of the team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps the team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of leadership and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your leadership's projects. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

  • Responsibilities
  • + Execute core administrative duties for VP-level leadership, including managing complex global calendars, end-to-end travel, and expense management.
+ Identify operational bottlenecks, streamline processes, and build structure to drive efficiency across global team operations. + Act as project lead for cross-functional initiatives and execute logistics for high-profile conferences and executive summits. + Serve as a key liaison to internal leadership and external executives to ensure timely execution of business priorities. + Oversee facilities coordination and maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all sensitive business matters, security protocols, and executive operations.
