•NPHS Contribute to transforming the future of health in this Administration Coordinator role Provide essential administration and coordination support to a busy public health team in Te Tauihu/ Nelson Marlborough region. Permanent, Full-time position based in Richmond Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is the country's largest employer, delivering universal public healthcare to 5 million New Zealanders. We provide essential hospital, specialist, and community health services across 80+ locations from large urban centres to rural towns and remote communities. Our goal is to improve health outcomes for all New Zealanders by delivering equitable, accessible and innovative care. About the Role As an Administration Coordinator within the National Public Health Service, you will be part of the wider Administration team, working alongside other Administration Coordinators to provide day-to-day administration and coordination support across the service. This varied role includes supporting public health teams and leaders with meeting coordination, documentation, financial and procurement processes, business systems and records, service monitoring, and data administration for programmes such as school-based immunisation. Your work will help teams operate safely and effectively, supporting public health programmes that contribute to prevention, protection, wellbeing, and improved health outcomes for communities.

Proven experience in office administration, databases and coordination supporting a manager and team Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action.
