Administrative Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to fill a role that combines administrative and data entry responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input and update data in internal systems Maintain organized records and documentation Assist with reporting, tracking, and basic data analysis Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operational flow

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with basic computer systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) Ability to manage time effectively and switch between tasks as needed Strong communication and problem-solving skills
