Administrative Coordinator CP Build Enterprises - 3.0 Phoenix, AZ Job Details $20 - $25 an hour 12 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Customer inquiry handling Clerical experience Payroll processing Full Job Description Administrative Coordinator The Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily office operations for CP Build Enterprises. This position is responsible for coordinating administrative functions including billing, payroll support, work order processing, and general office communication. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Process and manage billing and invoicing in a timely and accurate manner Assist with payroll preparation, including job tracking and data entry Create, enter, and track work orders to support field operations and project timelines Answer and screen incoming calls, directing inquiries to appropriate team members Coordinate and place material and supply orders as needed Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for jobs, invoices, and records Support communication between office staff, project managers, and field crews Assist with general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (construction or flooring industry preferred) Basic knowledge of billing and payroll processes Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience with construction management or accounting software (e.g., RFMS, Sales Force or similar) Familiarity with flooring or construction workflows and terminology Work Environment Office-based role within a flooring/construction company setting. Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and adaptability.
