This role plays an important part in supporting attorneys and ensuring the smooth coordination of daily office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This position offers exposure to legal operations, client services, and administrative coordination. Legal experience is preferred but not required—we are committed to training the right individual. Responsibilities Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings and legal proceedings, and monitor key deadlines to ensure accuracy and organization. Coordinate closely with the Intake Specialist to support consultation scheduling and maintain conflict-free attorney calendars. Support hiring, onboarding, employee scheduling, attendance tracking, PTO coordination, and general staff support. Handle incoming phone calls, monitor email correspondence, and ensure timely and professional client communication. Greet clients and visitors and provide a professional, welcoming front desk experience. Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems while ensuring strict confidentiality of firm information. Perform data entry, document preparation, and general administrative and clerical support. Coordinate office supplies, parking arrangements, vendor services, and day-to-day office needs. Contribute to a well-organized, efficient, and professional office environment. Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or client-facing roles required; law firm experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Strong customer service mindset with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
