We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who shares our commitment to caring for others and will help keep our daily operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to leadership and clinical staff Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries professionally Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA and agency policies Assist with scheduling patient visits, clinician assignments, and care coordination Prepare and organize reports, documentation, and correspondence Support intake processes, including new patient referrals and insurance verification Assist with billing, payroll, and HR-related tasks as needed Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained and ordered Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient daily operations
Required Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work professionally and respectfully with diverse individuals and situations Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in individual and group settings Positive attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability Advanced computer proficiency and experience with office systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Flexible and able to respond effectively to changing priorities Reliable team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries Consistent and dependable attendance Experience with authorization requests required Previous experience in a medical office or related setting preferred Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of staff and management Commitment to representing Tarlani Healthcare in a professional and respectful manner
Education and Experience:
High School diploma required, associate's degree preferred. 3-5 years documented Administrative Assistant experience, strongly preferred. In healthcare, a plus. Moderate to advanced computer experience in a variety of mediums.
