Sanitation Supervisor The Sanitation Supervisor responsibilities include directing and coordinating activities of workers engaged in the cleaning, sanitizing and readying of the plant for production of high-quality products.Pay Range:
$70,000- $90,000 yearly (DOE)

Inquire about shift availabilityEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, prioritize, and direct sanitation activities to ensure the facility is clean, sanitized, and ready for production on schedule.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of Sanitation team members to maximize efficiency and effectiveness throughout the shift.
- Inspect equipment and facility areas to verify compliance with Quality Assurance and sanitation standards.
- Develop, implement, and improve sanitation methods, procedures, and cleaning processes to support safe and efficient operations.
- Ensure the proper, safe use of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals in accordance with company policies and safety requirements.
- Requisition sanitation tools, equipment, and supplies and monitor inventory needs.
- Communicate sanitation issues that may impact production startup or product quality to plant leadership in a timely manner.
- Train, coach, and onboard sanitation employees on procedures, safety practices, and company policies.
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to resolve sanitation, maintenance, production, and quality issues.
- Address employee concerns or grievances and promote a positive team environment.
- Prepare and manage the sanitation department budget and monitor expenditures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to sanitation activities and compliance.
- Work effectively in a team-based environment and support a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and accountability.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience with a stable job history and references.
- Must be Biligual (English and Spanish)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Strong organizational, reasoning, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize work throughout the shift.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
- Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations at a high-school level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and direct teams in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization and resolve employee concerns.
- Proven results-driven mindset with initiative and bias for action.
- Ability to work third-shift hours (10:00 PM
- 8:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely work in cold, wet, noisy, and industrial environments.
- Ability to work safely around chemicals, moving equipment, ladders, catwalks, and elevated work areas.
- Willingness to work in a fresh-cut produce facility environment (36-38°F).

Bonus Eligibility:

Earn $50 for every successful referral after they complete 80 hours of work.- No limit on the number of referrals.
- Managers confirm referrals during interviews to ensure bonus eligibility.

$70,000.00- $90,000.
