We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant / Reception Coordinator to join our growing team. Position Overview This position serves as an important support role within our office operations. While reception and front-office coverage are part of the position, the primary focus is administrative support, project coordination, communication, and helping maintain efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks Organize, maintain, and update project files and internal records Support project coordination and communication between departments Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and reports as needed Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Assist management and team members with various administrative duties Reception & Office Coordination Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently Greet clients, vendors, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages Maintain office supply inventory and place orders when needed Help maintain office organization and presentation Support telecommunication and office security systems General Office Duties Filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management Coordinate schedules and assist with internal communication Support customer service inquiries and client communication Qualifications Previous administrative assistant, office coordinator, or receptionist experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Google Workspace including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team What We Offer Competitive compensation Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and team-oriented work environment Exposure to the entertainment production industry Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending account Paid time off Retirement plan
