Our mission is to provide training & support necessary for those who participate in the services to achieve their social, recreational, vocational & residential goals.
Position Purpose :
To orient and train direct service staff, ensure equipment maintenance, schedule contracts and groups, and coordinate client transportation services within a Day Program Office. Duties and Responsibilities Orient and train new staff Schedule work contracts Coordinate, assign, repair, and route vehicles Ensure efficient use of vehicles Monitor clients in field Prepare required reports Perform and document field site visits May be required to provide direct service to clients
Mandated Abuse Reporter Education and Work Experience:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Experience working with persons with developmental disabilities; demonstrated ability to relay issues and effectively train and motivate staff; an understanding of the philosophy of community-based and work programs; awareness of principles of normalization and development; effective writing skills and ability to chart data. •
