About the role:
SpeedX is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and results-driven Administrative Operations Supervisor to support and oversee last-mile delivery operations. This role is essential in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining service excellence, and supporting day-to-day administrative and logistical functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, data analysis experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support daily last-mile delivery operations, including scheduling, route coordination, tracking, and performance monitoring. Analyze operational data and delivery metrics using Excel and other data analytics tools to identify trends, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Monitor route optimization initiatives to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and customer feedback documentation. Resolve delivery-related issues promptly while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including dispatch, drivers, warehouse personnel, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless operations. Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance delivery performance and operational productivity. Provide administrative oversight, including report preparation, documentation management, and meeting coordination. Support leadership with operational planning, compliance tracking, and performance evaluations. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting large datasets and generating actionable insights. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with web-based operational systems. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively across teams. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and make sound operational decisions. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or delivery operations preferred. Supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus.
