Travels:
Occasional on site coordination trips, no long distance business travel require Job Description 1. Lead formulation, optimization and full roll out of company wide administrative management policies & SOPs, cover travel management and fixed asset management. 2. Take charge of corporate travel & fixed asset full lifecycle management; establish relevant rules, monitor execution, conduct asset inventory and cost analysis. 3. Own end to end office administration: workplace facility management, office space layout evaluation & optimization, office supplies cost control. 4. Take charge of company level event & meeting administration, including executive meeting arrangement, company wide activities planning, on site execution and follow up. 5. Monitor daily admin operation quality, coach junior admin team members, compile periodic admin operation reports for leadership review. Qualifications•Min.
Diploma requirement:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Administration Management or related disciplines•Experience requirement: 4 to 6 years corporate admin working experience; hands on experience in admin system building, office space optimization and large scale corporate event delivery; multinational company experience preferred•Language requirement: Good written & verbal English for cross functional communication
