This is an on-site position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No remote work. Responsibilities Manage daily office administration, filing, records, and general office organization Assist with inventory tracking, supply orders, purchase orders, and vendor follow-up Work with spreadsheets, reports, data entry, and basic reconciliations Use QuickBooks, Airtable, Basecamp, online portals, web browsers, and internal systems Communicate with vendors to request quotes, invoices, statements, sales orders, and supply orders Support the executive team with administrative tasks, scheduling, follow-up, and project coordination Help maintain standard operating procedures, checklists, and office workflows Use office equipment such as printers, scanners, copiers, phones, and filing systems Handle business records and confidential information with accuracy and discretion Required Skills Strong computer, typing, spreadsheet, email, and web browser skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to follow through Comfortable communicating with vendors and internal team members Able to follow procedures, solve basic problems, and complete tasks accurately Familiarity with QuickBooks, Airtable, Basecamp, inventory systems, or similar software is preferred Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. This person should be able to manage tasks independently, communicate clearly, follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and help keep the office running efficiently.
