Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Business Team Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office/business team, ensuring a smooth patient flow, excellent customer service, and efficient administrative processes. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to train, develop, and support team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, support, and coach business/front office team members Oversee daily scheduling, patient check-in/out, and office workflow Maintain high standards of customer service and patient communication Assist with treatment plan presentation, and financial discussions Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and performance expectations Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure seamless coordination of patient care Address and resolve patient concerns professionally and efficiently Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
Qualifications:
2+ years of dental office experience required 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of dental terminology, insurance processes, and scheduling systems Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage a fast-paced environment Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude
