Office Administrative Coordinator:
- Provide administrative support to leadership and department teams
- Manage calendars, meetings, and internal/external communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
- Coordinate office operations, supplies, vendors, and file management
- Support onboarding activities, internal communications, and company events
- Maintain confidentiality and assist with process improvements Qualifications for the

- Experience in an administrative, office coordination, or corporate support role
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Professional written and verbal communication abilities
