The right candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have excellent listening, writing and organizational skills. This position will require a strong ability to handle multiple tasks at once with limited supervision and a proven track record of reducing workloads by delegating tasks to others. Must have a background working with the Developmentally Disabled population.
Responsibilities:
To work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and rapidly growing environment with a small, tight-knit group of people. To work directly with the Founder, CEO, and Team. To be part of the Company's exponential growth and success. To work with a very organized and detail-oriented team leader. To provide administrative support in an office setting for the Founder of the Company.
