Company Description Progressive Building Group, LLC is a Real Estate Development and Construction Company founded in January 2019. With over 25 years of expertise in the construction industry and real estate market, PBG has a top-tier in-house team capable of overseeing every aspect of a projects journey. Specializing in developing new, single-family homes and duplexes throughout the Denver metro area, PBG handles every step from property acquisition to design and construction. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant and Permit Coordinator located in Englewood, CO. The role involves providing administrative assistance to the project managers, maintaining phone etiquette, communication support, handling permit and license applications, maintaining a clean office, and utilizing clerical skills to support the team and facilitate project processes. On-site training will be provided. Responsibilities Handle permit and license applications to the City of Denver and the municipal surrounding cities. Handle and maintain water tap applications to Denver Water (and surrounding cities if necessary). Handle and maintain gas and electric applications to Xcel Energy. Utilize Colorado 811 for locates. Schedule inspections as requested by the Project Managers. Occasionally drive to job sites for Landmark approval or other occasional errands. Collect and e-file receipts. Communicate with subcontractors to keep all General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance up to date. Print architectural and structural plans as requested. Print reports, designs, etc. as requested. Restocking office supplies. Weekly cleaning of the offices, common areas, meetings rooms, and bathrooms. Keep project files up to date in our construction software 'BuilderTrend' and OneDrive. Qualifications Administrative Assistant skills Phone Etiquette and Communication skills Clerical Skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Fast and proficient learner Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus High school diploma or associate's degree in business related fields Physical Requirements This position is primarily sedentary, but you may be required to occasionally lift and move boxes weighing 25 pounds or less. Weekly office cleaning will require walking and bending. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard. This position also requires public contact, meaning that appropriate business apparel and a professional appearance is expected. Travel Requirements Occasional travel is required. A valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance is required at all times. Gas will be compensated. Progressive Building Group, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
