Our client in Southington, Connecticut is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator for a contract to permanent opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and helping keep a team running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to internal teams and leadershipCoordinate schedules, meetings, and appointmentsPrepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and reportsHandle correspondence, data entry, and document managementAssist with office operations and support process improvementsCommunicate with internal staff and external contacts in a professional mannerTrack and follow up on projects, deadlines, and action itemsSupport additional clerical and administrative functions as needed
