Job Description:
Nonprofit seeks an administrative coordinator to provide support to a busy office.
Responsibilities:
Receive and respond to inquiries and provide backup reception support as needed. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes. Collect and report data related to processes; prepare updates, correspondence, and reports for review. Coordinate with outside vendors. Provide operational and administrative support to ensure efficiency and timely completion of internal and external deliverables.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications. Self-starter who is flexible and collaborative. Ability to effectively coordinate and guide projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree. Previous administrative experience.
Salary :
$50,000 - $65,000 per year.
