Job Description

Job Description Our office is looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator with strong English and Arabic language skills. Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Cover Reception, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors to the office. Create correspondence memos, letters, and forms. Order office supplies and maintain the logistics supply chain for the office. Provide administrative information upon request. Generate reports and statistics when requested. Handle multiple projects. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning documents in Arabic, and English. Composing official letters in Arabic and English. Maintain computer and manual filing systems. Confidentially handle sensitive information. Resolve administrative problems. Must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. Help with travel arrangements and calendar management. Help coordinate office-wide events and functions. Prepare materials for meetings, help maintain a neat office environment. Always present oneself in professional attire and demeanor.
Requirements:
Bilingual - English and Arabic. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. Minimum of 5 years of work experience. Professional formal letter drafting skills in both English and Arabic Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Attention to details and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access). Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Team player that is willing to help and contribute among their colleagues.
Qualifications/Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate. Bachelor's Degree is a must. Ability to work overtime upon request. A proactive, flexible, self-starter who has strong problem solving, social and interpersonal skills. Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills are required. The ability to manage time and priorities, set and achieve goals, and juggle multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously is critical. This candidate must have a professional, confident, and calm demeanor and must be able to create and maintain strong relationships. The use of discretion and the maintenance of confidentiality are also required.
