Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Are you passionate about helping others and ensuring the smooth operation of services that make a difference in people's lives? We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to temporarily join a team supporting mental health services. This role combines client interaction with vital administrative responsibilities, ensuring that clients receive exceptional care in a supportive and welcoming environment as well as serving as a representative of the company.
Key Responsibilities Client Interaction:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and professional welcome in person, over the phone, and via email. Assist clients with intake processes, including gathering necessary forms and information. Coordinate care coordination tasks as assigned. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate organizational records and client records to ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and other legal standards. Oversee the facility's administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management. Collaborate with case management, clinical and administrative teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
Operational Support:
Coordinate billing and payment processes, including verifying insurance coverage. Track and report on key performance indicators for client services across the programs. Support the planning and execution of eligibility renewals.
Qualifications and Skills Education:
Associate's degree or higher in psychology, social work, business administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and professional demeanor. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus. Understanding of mental health issues and sensitivity to working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges. What You will Receive A supportive and collaborative work environment.
