Job Description

Administrative & Graphics Coordinator - $25/hr - DC About the Role Our client, a commercial real estate services firm, is seeking a Administrative & Graphics Coordinator to join their team on a temp‑to‑hire basis.
About The Job:
Provide marketing and graphics support to a team of sales professionals. Create and edit client marketing materials including tour books, maps, brochures, signage, and presentations. Prepare proposals and client-facing communications using established templates. Coordinate the production and distribution of property information packages. Support client marketing plans, eblasts, infographics, and interactive InDesign files. Maintain branding standards and ensure deliverables meet established deadlines. Coordinate advertising schedules with centralized marketing teams. Generate standard and ad hoc reports and assist with website updates. Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and sales professionals. Respond to routine questions and provide day-to-day client service support.
About You:
Associate degree or higher required. 3+ years of marketing and/or graphics experience. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience editing templates in PowerPoint and/or InDesign. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
About The Position:
Temp-to-Hire $24/hr - 25/hr
