Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator Trainee to join our 38-year
DRY FIRST
team in Merritt Island, FL. While training, this role will be paid $19 to $20 per hour plus benefits, depending on previous experience. Subsequent to completion of training, and once the employee has met all proficiencies and responsibilities , he or she can earn $21 to $22 per hour plus benefits. This position has room for advancement, and we prefer to promote from within when possible. The Administrative Coordinator Trainee will perform various clerical and administrative functions, and will support our Project Managers, General Manager, and other team members. He or she will regularly deal with our customers, vendors, referring partners, subcontractors, and Dry First teammates. A consistently professional and friendly demeanor is necessary for success in this role. MUST have a take-charge personality and a great work ethic! MUST be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where several things happen at once. Proven abilities to clearly communicate, prioritize issues, deal with customers, and

are critical. MUST be detail-oriented and able to quickly learn, and consistently follow, ALL of our company's systems and procedures. Details, teamwork, and structure are the keys to our company's success over nearly four decades. This support role must demonstrate an ability to emulate the same. MUST be driven, detail-oriented, highly organized, and motivated with a strong desire to advance within the company. MUST possess a positive attitude and an understanding that our customers are the foundation of our company's decades of success! MUST be at the office Monday through Friday during regular business hours. This position is often the first point of contact for our customers. If the employee in this role isn't AT WORK, their absence creates great inconvenience and lessens efficiency for our entire team. Reliability is a MUST for this role! Responsibilities of this role:
Plan and schedule appointments, jobs, and projects per Project Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager instruction Assist in ordering, scheduling, and coordinating material deliveries Deal with vendors, subcontractors, customers, and Dry First team members Identify and resolve issues that might affect a job's completion time Greet and assist onsite guests and deliveries as needed Primary contact point on inbound telephone calls Develop, implement, & keep current organized filing systems Ensure subcontractors are compliant with paperwork, insurance, & documentation Facilitate customer survey & online review completion and submission Data entry and document upload CRM compliance Weekly customer communications Weekly AR follow-up and lien processing as needed Maintain and keep current project files & work schedules Draft professional correspondences and other formal documents Participate in weekly production meetings as needed General office tasks Follow and implement the company's systems and procedures in all functions
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving capabilities Pleasant, professional demeanor and presentation Strong attention to detail ​Strong organizational skills
