is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment. This role works closely with the General Manager and supports office coordination, calendar management, onboarding, customer communication, and general administrative tasks to help keep the office running smoothly. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the General Manager's calendar and scheduling needs Respond to emails, inbound calls, and basic customer inquiries professionally and promptly Support employee onboarding and maintain HR/payroll records in ADP Maintain organized office systems, records, and administrative workflows Order and track office supplies and support general office organization Assist with document management, data entry, and administrative follow-up tasks Coordinate internal communication and support day-to-day office operations Ensure tasks, communication, and records are completed accurately and on time Requirements 2-5 years of experience in administrative, office support, customer service, or coordinator roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional communication skills (phone, email, text) Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar systems Experience with ADP, payroll support, or onboarding processes preferred High attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment This Role Is a Strong Fit For a Candidate Who Enjoys staying organized and supporting daily office operations Takes initiative and follows through without constant reminders Communicates professionally and responds quickly Is comfortable balancing multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day Thrives in a structured, team-oriented environment Compensation $48,000 - $52,000 Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity for growth and expanded responsibility over time
