Job Duties:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive management, enabling focus on strategic priorities. Maintain organized company records in line with internal policies, oversee departmental budgets, monitoring expenditures and ensuring alignment with financial goals. Manage office inventory. Support daily operations and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations. Act as a communication hub for internal staff and enforce EEO policies in all administrative activities. Set goals and deadlines for administrative staff, evaluate and improve internal administrative processes, and develop standard operating procedures. Handle hiring, supervision, training, and termination of administrative personnel. Implement new technologies to enhance workflow, oversee payroll processing, and review contracts and regulations for compliance. Participate in cross-departmental meetings, aligning administrative efforts with broader organizational goals while representing the department in internal and external communications.
Requirements:
Experience creating and implementing administrative procedures. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to respond to inquiries and resolve conflicts diplomatically. Understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws and HR policies. Familiarity with payroll and timekeeping systems. Experience hiring, training, and supervising staff. Ability to lead and motivate teams.
