Job Description

Fast-paced private school seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented administrative professional to support course operations, student registration, customer service, and general professional office task with our team.. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, working independently, and staying organized in a busy office environment. Schedule Full-time Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 1 hour lunch break Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $20.00/hour Paid holidays PTO and floating holiday time Retirement plan with employer contribution/match Health insurance plan Paid job-related continuing education Free courses for employee and immediate family Responsibilities Process completed course paperwork, certificates, eCards, continuing education credits, and training records Review and process daily student registrations in proprietary software system Communicate with students regarding registrations, reminders, course materials, and documentation Process student refunds and maintain payment records Prepare invoicing sheets and assist with client invoicing Assist with instructor payroll preparation and QuickBooks payroll entry Prepare and organize class rosters, sign-in sheets, and training paperwork Enter student rosters into training and agency websites Order and maintain office and course inventory Answer phones, respond to emails, process payments, and assist with general office operations Maintain organized electronic and paper records Support instructors, students, and office staff with administrative needs Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Microsoft Office proficiency required Data entry and computer skills required QuickBooks experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
