This is not a basic front desk position — we are looking for a professional who can manage client interactions, scheduling, and administrative/billing responsibilities with excellence. If you are simply looking for a receptionist role, this position will NOT be a good fit. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has strong experience in customer service and client relations Is highly organized and efficient with complex scheduling Has hands-on experience with billing (required) Has experience with insurance billing (preferred / strong plus) Is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously Communicates clearly and professionally in a fast-paced environment Is proactive, reliable, and takes ownership of their work Required Skills & Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish REQUIRED, English
REQUIRED
) (Portuguese is a strong plus) Minimum 2+ years of administrative/front desk experience Strong scheduling experience (multi-provider scheduling preferred) Experience with: Billing systems Insurance billing (highly preferred) Proficiency in: Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Canva (for basic communication/design tasks) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately Key Responsibilities Manage daily front desk operations Coordinate and maintain complex schedules for multiple providers Handle client communication (in-person, phone, and email) Process payments, billing, and insurance-related tasks Maintain accurate client records and documentation Support internal team operations and communication Important Notes (Please Read Before Applying) This role requires high attention to detail and strong organizational skills You will be expected to handle scheduling, billing, and client communication independently Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered Applications without the required qualifications will not be reviewed
