Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Sanford, Florida. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Quality Department, ensuring the organization and maintenance of regulatory compliance documentation. This is a Contract position within the manufacturing industry, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, scan, and file regulated quality documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for the Quality Department.
- Support document control processes by implementing effective organizational systems.
- Handle sensitive regulatory documentation with utmost confidentiality and care.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative workflows related to quality management.
- Conduct audits of quality paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Quality Department in daily operations.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance-related reports.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies within regulatory documentation.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with aviation maintenance and quality standards, if applicable. Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative support or document control.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed records effectively.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance documentation, preferably within aviation maintenance or quality.
- Proficiency in scanning, filing, and maintaining sensitive documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Knowledge of business administration practices is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
