Administrator Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Previous experience in administrative, office management, or healthcare administration preferred Experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus Organizational, clerical, and multitasking skills Verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Work independently and as part of a team Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Job Summary The Administrator is responsible for overseeing daily administrative and operational functions of the office to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with agency policies and applicable regulations. This role supports management, staff, and service operations by coordinating administrative processes, maintaining records, and facilitating communication across departments.
