Job Overview In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members, ensuring smooth daily operations within our roofing company. Your energetic attitude and who has prior office experience, is highly organized, and is eager to learn the roofing industry. The right candidate will be coachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish.. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your multitasking abilities and attention to detail will truly shine. You do not need to be a roofing expert on day one—but you must be willing to learn quickly and follow established processes. Key Responsibilities Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails professionally Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and subcontractors Schedule inspections, repairs, and installations with customers and field crews Assist with permit applications, inspections, and job documentation Prepare and organize proposals, work orders, contracts, and job files Track job statuses and update internal systems accurately Coordinate with project managers and sales staff to support daily operations Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic accounting coordination Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Translate conversations and documents between English and Spanish as needed Handle general office administration and support tasks Required Qualifications Prior administrative or office experience (construction or trades preferred)
