In this role, you'll be an important part of the team and one of the first points of contact for our clients, visitors, and staff. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with people, solving problems, and making sure the details are taken care of. This is a paid position and a great opportunity for someone who wants to build their administrative experience while working in a supportive and professional environment. Roles & Responsibilities Welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a warm, professional, and positive attitude. Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and ensure messages and follow-ups are handled promptly. Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling needs for the Garrard Development team. Keep company records, files, spreadsheets, and documents organized, accurate, and up to date. Enter information accurately into company systems and assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks. Help maintain an organized office by monitoring supplies, placing orders, and ensuring equipment and work areas are ready for use. Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person while providing friendly and professional customer service. Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other materials using Microsoft Office and company software. Proofread documents and review information carefully to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Assist with general office management and accounting-related tasks. Experience with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus. Work closely with team members to keep administrative processes organized and efficient. Take initiative when you see something that needs attention and help create a positive experience for clients, visitors, and coworkers. Support the team with additional administrative needs and special projects as they arise.Pay:
